They care about the experience of our clients. We love that our staff always take pride in delivering high-quality and seeing the smiles on our clients’ faces. Our staff members are excited when we get new advanced technology to serve our patients better, and they’re passionate about taking care of people in general. It’s a wonderful place to work when everyone cares about the well-being of the customer.
They are hard-working. Our staff members are great at motivating each other, embracing team spirit, and taking on extra responsibilities instinctively. Sometimes some staff members even voluntarily stay later than they need to because they want to make themselves proud of their day of work.
They’re always keen to improve themselves and take on new skills. At The Era Clinic, we allow our staff members to learn any new skills they want. They can independently propose a new training they would like to have, and we pay for their extended professional development. Since beginning this initiative, we feel even more like a strong team because everybody can be involved in their own development and decide how they want to grow professionally within Era.

Our clients are passionate about life and it’s inspiring to us whenever we hear about their professional and personal goals they sometimes share with us. Our clients inspire us with their ambition to live life the way they want to live it – a life of peace, comfort, and elegance. We have the same dream for ourselves!
They are brave enough to pursue their dreams. Not only do our clients dream big, they are the kinds of people who want to see results. For the role we play in their lives, it’s such a pleasure to help them achieve freedom from dermatological skin conditions and or reach their goal of looking younger and improving their confidence, self-esteem, and well-being. Our clients know the kind of life they want, and we help them to go after it!
They are the most grateful people we’ve ever met. The most amazing part of working with our clients seeing the smile on the face of a patient as they thank us for helping them to achieve their ideal result. This is the vision we remind ourselves of as a team every morning during our stand-up daily meeting. We are focused on helping our clients feel safe and heard throughout their experience with us and it’s all worth it when we feel their gratitude at the end of the day!
Exciting things happening in the next year of Era 2024
Medical tourism focus. We want to encourage more people to visit Cambodia for medical tourism and inspire other health-related businesses to raise their practices to international standards. We’ve already had handfuls of people begin to visit Cambodia from Vietnam and Singapore just to get treatments at Era. We’re very passionate about this. You’ll hear more from us on this topic soon.
Stay ahead of the curve and embrace new training and technology. We’re dedicated to maintaining a high-quality service for our clients. That’s why we always use the most advanced technology from countries like Singapore and Germany. We already use several high-tech machines that are not yet used by other clinics in Cambodia and we’re committed to always serving you quality by being best skilled with the best equipment.
Grow as people. This is more of a personal note but it also relates to our approach to professionalism. We’re passionate about facing challenges, and supporting each other as a team so we can serve you better.
