How does it work?
An injection is made to target the area(s) for fat removal. This injection helps the doctor to extract the unwanted fatty deposits with greater ease. A tube will be inserted via a small incision and the fat can be sucked out. Your surgeon may give you an elastic compression wrap to assist with healing.
Please note: this treatment has a short recovery period of a few days – however, the results of your liposuction procedure can take up to 6 months to reach its full potential. Your surgeon will also provide you with a preparation plan for 2 weeks before the procedure. This includes avoiding smoking/vaping and alcohol for 2 weeks before the treatment and up to 3 weeks after.
